In this testing suite, different flavors of attribute xml is tried.

privilege_attr.xml,  a valid self-signed priviledge GENI attribute credential 
                     with multiple(6) attribute rules 

abac_attr.xml,  a valid self-signed abac attribute credential with a single 
                attribute rule

not_ss.xml, a valid none self-signed abac attribute credential with a single
            attribute rule
