These are the credentials used by the regression tests

Many of the read tests (all the ones of the form e0-... and Acme...) can
be copied from successful write tests.

The not_ss pair is a credential created from a non-self-signed cert
I just used an existing cert and created a cert in python.

priv.xml is a GENI privilege credential created using xmlsec and the
issuer.pem cert.

The ProtoGENI.xml and PGissuer.pem certificates were generated by the
ProtoGENI testbed on request.
